Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
The short version: your text never leaves your browser. Every tool on this site runs entirely on your device. We cannot see, store, or transmit the text you paste β there is no server that receives it. Below is the detail on the limited data we do collect.
What we collect
We use two privacy-focused analytics services to understand which tools are used and how the site performs:
- Google Analytics 4 β page views, approximate location (country/city level), device type, and referral source. We have data retention set to the shortest available window and do not enable advertising features.
- Microsoft Clarity β anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity masks all form inputs by default, so anything you type into a tool is masked in recordings.
What we never collect
- The text you type or paste into any tool β it is never transmitted.
- Generated results (passwords, UUIDs, hashes, barcodesβ¦).
- Your name, email, or any account information β the site has no accounts.
- We do not sell or share analytics data with anyone.
Cookies
We set one functional cookie/local-storage entry for your theme choice (light or dark). The analytics services above set their own cookies per their policies (Google's and Microsoft's, linked below). You can block analytics with any ad blocker or browser setting β every tool keeps working without them.
Your choices
Because analytics are optional to the site working, you can opt out at any time using your browser's tracking protections, an ad blocker, or the vendors' own opt-outs (Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on). If you have questions about this policy, reach out through the project's GitHub repository.
